We get asked lots of questions about buying guns and ammo online and particulars about these products. Can I buy ammo online?

YES! In most areas of the US you can buy ammo online and have it shipped to your door. There are some restrictions which you can read about here. Buying ammo online is easier, cheaper, and gives you access to a much wider selection.

Can I buy guns online?

YES! You can buy guns online and have them shipped to a local FFL dealer of your choice for transfer. Local restrictions still apply but by buying online you get a much wider selection at better prices.

Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Once an order has been placed and has begun processing, the order is no longer editable. Please contact sales@edgerisefirearms.com to request any order modifications. Orders can not be altered once shipped.

How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping options and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after it has been submitted.

What is the return policy?

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details, including your country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, we will not ship to your country.
Note: Certain items can not be shipped outside the United States due to regulations, if you attempt to purchase one of these items your order will be cancelled.

Do you offer LE/MIL discounts/coupon codes?

Our pricing is marked as low as possible each and every day, we do not offer any additional discounts. The majority of our customers are first responders, we value each and every one of you, so we keep our prices as low as possible without the need for additional discounts.

How do I find a product?

To find the product(s) you’re looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I navigate the site?

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You’ll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a “hand”. Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an “arrow”. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. Is ammo corrosive?

Most ammo is not corrosive. However, in ammo that is corrosive it is generally the primer that causes corrosion. Any ammo with corrosive primers will be clearly marked.

Do I need a license to buy ammo online?

There are some areas that require a license to buy ammo anywhere and buying online is no exception. If you want your ammo shipped to states like Connecticut, Illinois, and New Jersey, we will reach out to you to get a copy of your license after you place your first order. Once we have a copy on file we can continue shipping to your verified address until the license expires. If your state doesn’t have these rules in place, you can order ammo online without a license.

Does ammo go bad or expire?

If stored properly, ammo can easily outlast you! Proper storage means cool, dry, and without temperature swings. If exposed to excessive humidity or extreme temperatures ammo can degrade over time. Ammo stored in an ammo can or purchased prepacked for long term storage like The Prepper will be safe to shoot for decades. There are countless stories of military surplus ammo being shot more than 100 years after it was manufactured!

Can I fly with guns and ammo?

Yes, but there are restrictions. You must follow specific rules in order to fly with guns or ammo and you must not be traveling through airports in any jurisdictions that do not allow you to have a firearm. Research is key here as you do not want to end up in legal trouble. The TSA gives some guidelines here and if you plan to carry at your destination you want to make sure you can do so legally. Can ammo be returned?

Yes! At Edge Rise Firearms, and nowhere else, you can return ammunition (and other products). Certain situations may include a small restocking fee. All the details can be found here.
